Thank you for shopping with us. All orders are custom made and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify.
Processing Times
All products are made to order. Please allow:
- 2–7 business days for production
- Additional shipping time depending on your location and selected shipping method
During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately
- We may be able to update the address before production begins
- Orders already in production or shipped cannot be rerouted or refunded due to address errors
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Other country-specific charges
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, print provider location, or inventory availability.
