Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Each item is made to order through our production partner, Printify, which means all products are custom printed specifically for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color preference changes
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:
- Please first verify the shipping address entered at checkout
- Check with your local carrier or neighbors
- Contact us if the package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refunds or replacements, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or changed within a short window after purchase before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
